1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the platform iavanxemos.com and its associated services (hereinafter "the Platform"), you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

The Platform is operated by Genuine Forever LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

2. Service Description

The Platform is an artificial intelligence ecosystem that offers:

• Project Creator: Project creation with analysis from 10 AI consultants, Business Case generation, and agent-assisted development
• AvanHub: Multi-Tenant CRM with virtual store, AI marketing, chatbots, and delivery (coming soon)
• Delivery Kit: Delivery system with tracking and geolocation (coming soon)
• Other modules and services added in the future

3. Registration and Access

• Access to the Platform requires prior registration and manual approval by the team
• You must provide truthful and updated information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• The Company reserves the right to reject, suspend, or revoke access to any user
• You must not share your access with third parties or create multiple accounts

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence

By using the AI services of the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated analyses, recommendations, and content are orientative and do not constitute binding professional advice
• Results depend on the quality and accuracy of the information you provide
• The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated results
• You are responsible for validating and adapting the results before implementing them in your business

5. Intellectual Property

• The brand, logo, AI agents, methodology, and design of the Platform are the exclusive property of Genuine Forever LLC
• Initial access to the Platform constitutes a limited demonstration ("Demo") of the ecosystem. The content generated during this phase is orientative
• Intellectual property over the complete deliverables of a project is exclusively defined in the Growth Partner Agreement formalized during the Post-Approval Pipeline
• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use elements of the Platform without written authorization

6. Growth Partner Model

The "Growth Partner" model implies a collaborative relationship where the Company provides tools, strategy, and technological support. Specific terms of each Growth Partner relationship are defined in individual agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not responsible for business decisions made based on Platform results
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability
• Total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months
• The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Prohibited Use and Anti-Scraping Protection

It is prohibited to use the Platform for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Generating defamatory, discriminatory, or offensive content
• Attempting to access data of other users
• Reverse engineering or attempting to breach Platform security
• Automating access without authorization, including web scraping, extraction bots, or crawlers
• Systematically extracting, copying, or collecting Platform content

Technical protection measures: The Company implements active detection and prevention systems, including request rate limiting, identity verification, web application firewall (WAF), and monitoring of anomalous access patterns. Violation of these measures constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

9. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after a modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the judges and courts of Colombia, the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
